What is Brave Rewards (Brave browser)?
Opt in to privacy-preserving Brave Ads in the Brave browser to earn BAT. Ads are off by default. Works on desktop and Android; on iOS it only supports creators. Officially supported in Japan via bitFlyer, with BAT usually paid to your bitFlyer account early the next month
How to start
Install Brave, turn on Brave Rewards and Brave Ads, and link a verified (KYC) bitFlyer account (sign-up from Japan confirmed in Nov 2026)
Note: Amounts are small. Brave’s BAT Roadmap 4.0 (Jul 2026) says notification ads will begin a gradual sunset by the end of 2026, with rewards shifting to offers, purchases and wallet activity (it says users will keep earning from eligible Brave Ads). The BAT price fluctuates; to get yen you sell it on bitFlyer
