What is Dotare?
A “global universal basic income” endowment on Cardano. Staking yield on ADA pledged by benefactors grows the fund, and its earnings are paid out monthly in ADA. 2027 beneficiaries get 10 ADA a month for 12 months (the amount can grow as the fund grows). There is no means test. Run by Dotare, LLC in the US. There is no referral link or referral bonus
How to start
Be 18 or older. Sign up on the official site and apply for each year you want to take part. When your turn comes, pass a quick identity check (to show you are human) and set up a Cardano wallet to receive payments
Note: For the 2027 cycle, applications closed on 31 Aug 2026 and enrollment closes on 30 Nov 2026; when someone signing up now would start receiving is not confirmed. Payouts go in line order, and as of 24 Oct 2026 the site showed 147 citizens and 2 beneficiaries. ADA’s price swings a lot
