Details

A service from Kabu & Peace Inc., led by Yusaku Maezawa. Paying for KABU& electricity, gas, mobile and other services, or spending with the KABU& Card, earns “share vouchers”, which you can exchange for the company’s unlisted shares during offering periods. They also work as ¥1 discount vouchers. Referrals give vouchers to both sides

To get itAdults living in Japan (foreign nationals must meet residence status conditions). Register as a member, then contract a service and pay for it. To get shares you must apply during the offering period, pass eKYC and open a Daiwa Connect Securities account

Note: The shares are unlisted: right now they cannot be sold or cashed, and their future value is uncertain. On 22 December 2026 every 10 shares are consolidated into 1: the share count drops to one-tenth, but the value of the holding stays the same. Vouchers basically come only from paying for services. The official referral notes say rewards may be voided if referral codes are spread on social media. Offers to sell you its shares by phone, social media or email are very likely fraud: the shares can only be obtained with vouchers
